The health application provides temperature readings relative to a reference temperature established over an approximate five-night period. Users can access the absolute temperature recorded during the night, starting from the first available value.

It is important to note that this application is compatible exclusively with Apple Watch Series 8 and Apple Watch Ultra.

To activate wrist temperature measurements during sleep, users must enable Sleep Focus and wear the Apple Watch throughout the night. The temperature readings are displayed in degrees Celsius.
